Welcome to the Wellow Land & Wildlife blog. This is a place for notes on deer, wildlife and countryside stewardship, alongside our work with Hampshire landowners, farms and estates.
A place to start
If you are getting to know the deer on your land, our guide to UK deer species introduces the six species found in the UK. The UK deer cheat sheet brings key information together in a format you can print and keep to hand.
For the wider picture, read about why deer management matters and explore our deer and wildlife management services.
Tell us about your land
Every enquiry starts with the land and the people who look after it. If you would like to discuss deer or wildlife management, get in touch with your location, the type of land you manage and the concerns you would like to address.
