Contact enquiries
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and message through Netlify, our website and form provider. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
The website’s analytics events do not include the names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages entered into the form.
Optional Google Analytics
If you select Accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and actions such as opening services, clicking contact or email links, using the cheat-sheet print button and successfully submitting an enquiry. This helps us understand which information visitors find useful and whether the website brings enquiries.
Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions and processes information about your visit and device. We disable advertising personalisation and Google signals in our website configuration. Our page tracking removes query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer sent in its configuration.
Google processes analytics information using its infrastructure, which may be outside the UK. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Your choices and stored settings
We do not load Google Analytics until you accept it. Selecting Decline analytics leaves the website and contact form available without Google Analytics. You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer of any page.
We store your choice in your browser under wellow-analytics-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. This preference is used only to remember your analytics choice. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies to the current page only.
After acceptance, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_… cookies. We configure their expiry to 180 days; visits may refresh their expiry. Withdrawing consent stops analytics on subsequent page loads and removes these cookies from this site. It does not automatically delete data already collected.
Hosting and external services
Netlify receives requests needed to serve this website and process contact forms, independently of your analytics choice. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and styling software from the Tailwind CDN. These services receive the network information needed to deliver their resources.
